ONE Design and Development is an interior architecture and project management company established in 2015 by Anlo Neethling.

We have offices in the picturesque heart of the Cape Winelands and the vibrant, bustling suburb of Woodstock in Cape Town.

With a rich 15-year background, Anlo Neethling honed his expertise in various distinguished Cape Town-based design and project management firms. His knowledge spans high-end residential, hospitality, commercial, and corporate design. Anlo’s skill set encompasses architecture, interior design, furniture design and manufacturing, and adept project management and construction.

With more than 22 years of experience in retail, commercial, and residential property, Natalie brings strategic insight and creative energy to One Design + Development.

Her career journey spans property management, project management, marketing, PR, advertising and more, giving her a rare 360-degree view of the industry. Natalie believes that strong relationships are the foundation of every successful project. The axis on which everything turns.
